Melisa became part of our team in 2015, bringing no prior dental experience but a strong eagerness to learn. Over the years, she has held nearly every position within the practice. She now manages our Plantation office and leads the team with a focus on one of our core values: Building a positive team with family spirit. Melisa also works closely with patients, helping them understand their treatment plans and exploring financing options. Originally from Argentina, she is fluent in both English and Spanish. Outside of the office, Melisa enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their three wonderful children.
