We’ll also take digital X-rays to create a custom treatment plan, and finally, we’ll schedule your surgery.

You can expect your dental implant surgery to take a few hours, depending on how many implants are placed. First, we’ll administer sedation to ease your dental anxiety and keep you relaxed. Then, Dr. Azar will complete any necessary tooth extractions and bone grafting. He uses fully guided All-on-X techniques to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of your implant placement. You’ll rest comfortably and remain pain-free while Dr. Azar places each implant at a precise angle and depth.

In many cases, we can attach a temporary tooth or set of teeth at this same appointment, so you can leave with a stunning smile. As your mouth heals over the next three or more months, you can eat, talk, laugh and socialize comfortably. Once fully healed, Dr. Azar will place your permanent, custom-made dental implant restorations.
